Since he started his freelance activity in the year 2000 he has been focusing on management development in the areas of personality development and business administration knowledge.
As international trainer Dirk has conducted trainings in many countries in Europe and America. His customers are big companies and multinational corporates in different sectors like banking, consumer, automotive, auditing, chemicals, energy and aviation.
To put business administration topics easily across to the participants of the training and to improve memorization and applicableness of training contents Dirk deals with the development of board-game-simulations for business procedures. These simulations are being used very successful in many companies.
